My Story

I’ve always been drawn to solving hard problems - the kind that help teams move faster, think smarter, and stay connected. That passion has guided my journey from nearly two decades at Deloitte and Splunk to leading product and design at Cortex, the AI-powered internal developer portal.

Through years of building and leading teams, I’ve learned that meaningful growth (in ARR, personal development, and up the career ladder) relies on relationships with people first, then clarifying purpose, and thirdly the ability to adapt through change.

Now, as a new mom, I’m learning to navigate all three while I learn a different kind of building (besides raising a human): a career that balances staying present with ambition and achievement.
